Hollie Yoder is the director of clinically integrated programs at Geneia. She is responsible for clinical oversight of member outreach and engagement programs. Hollie plays a key role in deploying resources supporting overall population health strategies, while also ensuring improved member health, member experience, efficiency and cost of care.
Prior to Geneia, Hollie served as director of clinical management, within a large health system, overseeing a community-based case management program focused on providing care to the top 10% of the Medicare population. With more than 15 years’ experience, Hollie’s tenure includes leadership roles in home health and complex case management with a focus on population health, quality, and clinical program developments.
Hollie is a registered nurse in Pennsylvania and earned her master’s degree in nursing administration from Kaplan University. In her free time, Hollie enjoys participating in anything that her children are involved with; especially competitive soccer which affords her the opportunity to travel to various states regularly.
