Jennifer Livelsberger, Geneia’s vice president of strategy, planning and employee experience, uses her leadership development, organizational development and change management expertise to build people strategies that effectively engage employees and drive corporate growth.
Before joining Geneia five years ago, Jennifer worked for more than 20 years in the healthcare industry leading the data analytics efforts for population health at a Pennsylvania-based, health insurer. She uses her knowledge of health plan needs to guide strategy and build a vision to meet those needs while creating an empowering company culture and workplace environment.
Jennifer holds a master’s degree in psychology from St. Joseph’s University. As a mom of three, she spends what little free time she has running, enjoying a quiet hike in the woods and photography.
