When clients come into the office for a training day, it’s a big deal. There’s nothing we love more than getting to spend time with people who are as excited about data, analytics and healthcare as we are.
We recently hosted key leaders, internal trainers and front-line analytics experts from VillageMD New Hampshire. These people are impressive. They wake up each day dedicated and focused on supporting physicians moving toward high-value, clinically-led models of care, which makes data analytics nerds like us jump for joy.
That day, our collective mission was to “train the trainer” so VillageMD NH would have clear educational objectives and tactics as the Theon® platform’s cost and utilization analytics capabilities roll out across the two largest independent physician groups in New Hampshire.
VillageMD NH is no stranger to the power of analytics. They already boast exceptionally high satisfaction and quality scores while maintaining impressive below-average cost and utilization rates.
Their search for year-over-year improvement led them to us. And we couldn’t be happier. Days like this one crystalize the Geneia difference for me. The day began with a thought-provoking session on proven ways to engage adults in learning new job-related skills. From that moment forward, I watched those strategies unfold to create an enjoyable and highly effective educational experience.
Like VillageMD NH, we believe in providing the tools, education and training our clients need to help them focus on doing what they do best – delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. For us, this means going the extra mile to offer an unmatched breadth of educational experiences. In addition to hands-on training to help clients get the most value from our analytics insights and care management platform, we deliver courses in population health management for front-line care teams and help clients improve the way they train their workforce through programs focused on understanding the principal and strategies behind successful adult learning.
We can’t wait for future days spent with the VillageMD NH analytics team.
