Lou leads our industry-recognized managed services team at Geneia. In this client-facing role he serves as technical and business subject matter expert, supporting new customer onboarding and data management.

A strong collaborator and strategic planner with more than 25 years of healthcare IT expertise, he’s responsible for developing service level agreements and implementing process and workflow improvements as he focuses on continuous operational improvement to facilitate client success.

Before coming to Geneia Lou was a director at Arcadia Solutions, responsible for managed services planning and delivery. In addition to overseeing EHR, practice management, analytics and IT support, he provided central site operation support for hundreds of physician organizations. In a prior position as a senior consultant with Concordant, he had two long-term operations consulting engagements at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Earlier in his career he was a consultant at Inacom/Vanstar. He began his career at Ring Medical as a deployment engineer.

Lou served in the United States Navy, where he trained as an aviation electronics technician, earning E5-level status. He enjoys living at the New Hampshire seacoast, especially in the offseason when it’s quiet and peaceful. His favorite hobby is participating in any type of food challenge, be it hot and spicy or a ridiculous quantity contest – never shying away from signing a waiver to get his picture on a wall of fame or shame.
