Ronda Rogers is Geneia’s director of population health and consumer engagement. In this role, she consults with Geneia’s clients to help them solve their specific use cases around population health and care management and works with the company’s product team to inform the build of care management workflows, reporting and dashboards.
Ronda has nearly three decades of population health experience, including commercial ACOs, complex care management, disease management, NCQA accreditation and direct-to-employer care management. Prior to joining Geneia, she served as the director of ancillary operations at Texas Health Resources/Texas Health Physicians Group and director of ambulatory care management at Colorado Health Neighborhoods/Centura Health.
Ronda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. In her free time, she enjoys nurturing the growth of the natural world. When the ground isn’t covered in snow, she can be found in her garden tending the beautiful perennials around her home.
