Stephanie Michel-Segnor serves as vice president of corporate development and counsel for Geneia. She oversees the compliance, privacy and legal operations of the organization. Stephanie provides legal advice on a wide array of issues including intellectual property, employment, compliance programs, policy development and all facets of contracting, negotiation and dispute resolution.
Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience practicing law. Most recently, she spent seven years as in-house Senior Counsel for a multi-state, non-profit behavioral healthcare organization. During this time, she worked on a variety of legal and business issues and managed formal litigation claims, including commercial, professional, general, employment liability, and workers’ compensation.
Stephanie earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. She enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family and friends, walking her dog, cooking and participating in activities with her local church.
