At Geneia, our organization and our employees remain as committed to your success as you are. We know we serve hospitals, healthcare systems, physician organizations, employers and health plans, many of whom are facing unprecedented challenges as we collectively grapple with COVID-19 pandemic.
That’s why, as our client, you should expect us to serve you as we always have. Our commitments to you have not, and will not change. Our service level agreements (SLAs) remain in place as do the Geneia employees who manage your account.
We have taken measures to protect the health and safety of our employees, including equipping our employees to work remotely as they would from our offices until further notice. Likewise, all business travel and participation in events have been suspended.
We remain as committed and as available to our clients as we’ve always been. As your organization contends with the demands of COVID-19, we will continue to be the partner upon which you can depend.
