As Geneia’s director of client initiatives, Kristy has more than two decades of experience in product development and IT operations in a healthcare environment. She leads the implementation team and is accountable for delivery of all enterprise-wide projects, as well as support, enhancement and configuration of enterprise systems. She also serves as program director for some of Geneia’s larger programs.
Prior to Geneia, Kristy held several management consulting roles in project and release delivery, product management, implementations, governance, and process improvement. She is both a certified business analysis professional and project management professional.
Kristy is an advisory board member to the University of New Hampshire’s STEM Discovery Lab, a member of FreshConnections and Women Empowered CT, has authored whitepapers and has been a speaker at several PMI and IIBA chapter and conference events. She enjoys living on the Connecticut shoreline with her husband, two sons, and two dogs, and she looks forward to her stepdaughter’s weekend visits. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, reading, biking and walking along the beach.
