Mackenzie is senior clinical transformational consultant at Geneia, where she partners with and advises clients on their population health and care management practices.
A clinical professional with extensive experience in the medical field, Mackenzie’s career is highlighted by clinical innovation, clinical operations expertise, and leading quality clinical outcomes that include developing population-health-management strategies, omni-channel digital patient outreach and end-to-end patient journey strategies, and automated patient specific journeys with ROI dashboards.
Prior to Geneia she served as director of quality and care coordination at Paladina Health, having advanced in care coordination roles of increasing responsibility over several years. She previously worked for the University of Colorado Hospital as a registered nurse and advanced care partner, and in an earlier role as patient care coordinator at Belmar Family Medicine.
Mackenzie holds a Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health. She earned a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. She enjoys taking advantage of what her home state of Colorado has to offer – mountain biking, skiing, camping, music and much more.
